Toxoplasma parasite.
Transferred by rats, it shuts of the receptors that make them fear cat urine, making them mindlessly attack cats.
The cats then eat the rats, becoming infected with the parasite.
They sneeze spores onto humans.
As yet, the parasite is not powerful enough to affect humans or cats.
